Custom Menu Issue

Hi guys you very kindly created some custom buttons in my secondary menu for me however when changing the menu item to a different page which I needed to do the custom button has dissapeared.
Could you please bring this back for me and are you able to set it so I can change the page but the button stays the same in future?
