Custom Single Post Layout: Show Category and Breadcrumb on Single Post

Hey!
I’m creating a layout for my single posts and can’t figure out how to show the category title via dynamic content.
I tried: Dynamic Content -> Content -> Archiv Title, but nothing happen. There is only the text “Archiv”. This is my main goal to figure it out…
Maybe the reason I changed the category url via Yoast SEO. …/category/my-category to …/my-category
Second I want to show Breadcrumbs on the Single Post. Is there a way to make this happen?
I would really appreciate if anybody can help me or has a video link to figure it out by myself.
