Customise Virtue Demo Menu Structure

Hi,
I’m looking for assistance to customise the menu structure in the Virtue Demo theme. I have found that I created a new menu structure and put in customised links but I can’t add any icons. I can’t seem to find the option to edit the existing Primary or Secondary navigation bars. How do I use one of the existing navigation bars and customise the icons and links of the demo navigation menu.
