Customizing of archive layout does not work

Hi,
I have difficulties with customizing of archive layout. The changes I make there do not have any effect after publishing and refreshing the page.
This is how it happens *Login to see link
This is ONLY archive layout. The same changes for pages and posts layout do work and are properly saved.
What can be the reason for this behavior?
