Delete "Categories: …" on Product Page; Delete Tab

Three fiddly bits, please:

1) I was unable to find instruction to delete the Category line under the product header, though I did find how to delete the SKU. How to delete the category line, please?

2) Since I am not using any of the Product Tabs except for the product description, I would like to eliminate the Description Tab (but leave the product description in place). Is there a way to do that? I found the following, but it did not work:

}

3) How can I eliminate the key lines on the category pages?
