Demo content will not upload

Hi I’m hoping someone can help me out. After buying the pinnacle theme I cannot upload the demo content, I’ve maxed out all the php.INI settings, I’ve tried wamp,xammp,and mamp servers I’ve tried it on 3 different computers running windows 7 & 10. The error is missing about 4 to 5 files, mainly colors, and its telling me to increase the execution level which I have done already. Ive waisted two weeks of my life on this. I’ve read through this forum and it seems like a common problem with no definitive fix. Any one??
