Design library: Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing

We are developing a new site with Kadence and today, the design library stopped loading with this error: Error, Unable to access library database, please try re-syncing
The site is a stock WordPress install, we have Kadence plugins installed, and have tried with everything else disabled – thou we only have some basic plugins – like WPSMTP.
Other sites on the same server with Kadence seem to have no issue and it was working on this site until today.
I have seen other posts about this, but nothing so far has worked?
ENvironment: This install is on a Litespeed cPanel server, running PHP seletor in PHP 8.2
