Desktop / Mobile Editing Not Working Properly

I’ve attached the images below.
What I have found is that, sometimes I have to change the desktop setting (which I don’t want to do)
Only then will the settings change for the mobile when I switch between the Desktop[ button and mobile view button.
So in this case, I was trying to change Line Height of the text when in the Mobile viewing, nothing happened.
It only changed when I had pushed the desktop viewing button and changed it from there. Which obviously changed the desktop version as well, which I do not want to do.
