Difference between Pinnacle and Virtue

Hi! I’m a HUGE fan of Virtue theme (pro), but eyeing Pinnacle with interest. Can you tell me what the primary differences are? Feature-wise, they look about the same. I’m aiming for a magazine-style layout (e.g., featured posts on the front page from different authors.categories) with a Woocommerce shop attached. Either one of these preferable, or are they pretty much about the same?
I’d love an excuse to play with Pinnacle, if the advantages are substantial.
