Different “Customize” choices for each starter template?

Hi!
I’m just curious why there are some different choices in the customize section for the starter templates. Compared to the “Shopping” starter template the “Print Shop” template doesn’t have options like:
Customize > WooCommerce > Add to Cart Behavior
Customize > WooCommerce > Product Archive Off Canvas Side Bar
Customize > Custom Scripts
