Display ‘About Us’ Text Differently for Mobile?

Hi,
I’m wondering if it’s possible to display the ‘About Us’ in full, but just the first few lines on a Mobile Device with a ‘Read More’ link please? The reason being is that when the full text is on mobile the user has to scroll a very long way down, I’ve set up a Toggle on the page hoping I could get it to show full when not on Mobile, thank you.
