drop down menu iPad portrait display it behind page element

Hi Ben: this site *Login to see link home page
when view on iPad portrait situation, main nav’s drop down menu would display behind the page element.
but iPad landscape and desktop are correct, I’m not sure if it’s z-index related but after many tries still cannot get it corrected
will you please take a look. thank you!
