Duplicate entries in Advanced Query Loop

Hi,
we have a quite simmple advanced query loop that results in 49 posts but contains at least 2 entries twice:
Query is set to one single custom post type
Limited by a tag taxonomy and one single tag
Sticky posts are off
Also tried the “Force Reindex” feature, but did not fix the behavior.
Wordpress 6.9 with Kadence Blocks Pro 2.8.6

Repeating example products: Esstisch „Buchenfeuer“, Esstisch „Taylor“
