Duplicated dropdown with WP Booking System plugin

Good afternoon
We are using Virtue Premium with the free version of WP Booking Systems. All is working well except that all the dropdowns in the booking form are being duplicated. Updating either of the pair change both, so they are definitely using the same form element.
The problem disappears when I change to a different theme, so I suspect that Virtue is rendering the dropdown as well as the plugin.
Can I stop this behaviour or is my best bet to hide one of the dropdowns with CSS? Other than this both theme and plugin are working well.
Your advice would be appreciated.
