Edit Text Widget with Wufoo Form embedded

I’m trying to edit a text widget that contains a wufoo embedded form.
When I open the text widget to edit the title – the text page is empty. It say’s TEXT at the top with a white box below.
The only content I can find is In attributes where I see: Wufoo Shortcode Plugin
What am I doing wrong? (I have screenshots if they are helpful)
If I need to recreate the text widget, would you kindly instruct me again how to embed the Wufoo shortcode.
