Editing demo content

Hello Ben,
I’ve been using the Virtue theme for a few years now and am familiar with most every function. This is the first time though that I’ve done an install and imported the demo content. The import went fine. But now I’d like to edit some of the demo content, but it doesn’t display any code on the imported pages.
When I open the home page that was imported, there’s no code… Yet when viewed in a browser, it’s displaying correctly. I’ve installed page builder thinking that would give me access to the code, but that didn’t help either. What am i missing? How can I edit the code?
