Hi Guys!

Please can you help with an Elementor form I have on my site that has an issue with the “drop-down select” field option.

I flagged this with Elementor and they tested and came to the conclusion it was a theme incompatibility.

This is what they said;

I’m afraid that the Dropdown doesn’t work due to a conflict between Elementor and your Theme.

If you switch to a default theme, the dropdown works smoothly.

I already tagged this ticket as a possible Theme Incompatibility so our developers could take a look at it and take the necessary measures.

Please, contact the plugin author and notify them regarding the issue, given that the solution is not forcibly on our end. They can get in touch with us on our GitHub project. This is where development issues are handled.

Click orange button “ChECK AVAILABILITY” which will popup form.

Issues:
– Select Option fields are transparent when they should be white like all other fields (works fine on mobile)
– Select Option fields are not responding as in they do not drop down. (works fine on mobile)
