Enable Scroll to Top Icon in Mobile

I didn’t see this question answered in previous posts, so sorry if I missed it… plus, I couldn’t even find where I had activated the Scroll to Top icon in the theme options as I thought it might be there.
So, how can I enable this in Mobile, so people can click the icon and go back to the top of the site? I have Virture Premium
