Error during latest update to 3.5.2

Hi All,
I am getting an error whist tring to update to virtue premium 3.5.3
“An error occurred while updating Virtue – Premium: Could not copy file. virtue_premium/themeoptions/options/extensions/advanced_customizer/inc/advanced_customizer_panel.php”
Any ideas what is going wrong?
