Error loading RSS Block

Trying to add an RSS feed generated from a particular post category on another site I manage. The RSS feed I’m trying to call is *Login to see link I’ve verified with an RSS reader that the feed is valid and posts are displaying correctly.
When I drop the above URL into the RSS block, I’m given an error that says “Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response.”
Not sure what to do from here?
