Extra header "layer", then gone Virtue

Hi support, thanks for the help.

When the home page first loads, there is a white bar above the top border of the logo, but then when you scroll, it disappears. It doesn’t come back unless you reload the page. Can you figure our how to remove it? I can’t 🙁
