File Hosting, Page navigation, and Hidden text

Several questions I couldn’t find answers too, please help.
#1 Can you recommend a file sharing plugin I can add to the site so users can download video/image/Pdf/files from my site.
#2 Page navigation; is there a way to have a table of contents (links) that users can click and it will jump to that part of the page according to the heading
Example:
#3 Is there any way to make text hidden in FAQ section until a user clicks a question. After click site opens the answer below. Another click will close the box. Example: *Login to see link
