Footer menu navigation colour issue

Hi team,
Footer navigation colour is not applied for some reason.
I’ve tried selecting black manually and from global palette.
Inspector shows this, when it should be palette3:
#colophon .site-middle-footer-wrap .site-footer-row-container-inner a {
color: var(–global-palette8);
}
Bug?
