[FORM ERROR] Request is missing required authentication credential

Hello there,
I’ve setup forms using the form block on a client website, and it’s showing errors like this: *Login to see link
Whenever I try to submit data it doesn’t receive on the entered email under email settings, I’ve the action after submit (email checked).
It says:

Can you please let me know how to fix this?
