Forwarding from Pay Now / Proceed to checkout buttons

Hi Ben / Hannah
WE are working with a travel company who will be processing the actual orders of our photographic holidays and as such some (but not all) of our holidays will need to be directly forwarded onto them for confirmation and payment.
As such our query is – When people click on the Pay now or Proceed to checkout button can we link it directly to our travel companies link page for payment processing rather than through our own Woo Commerce site.
The other added complication is that only some but not all of our holidays will need to be processed like this! (For our hotel based holidays they can go through the normal one currently on our webite but when we add our cruise holidays they will need to be diverted to the Cruise Company site)
