Functions.php in Virtue Multisite

Hi,
I created a WordPress multisite using Virtue Premium Theme. I have the installed the virtue premium and virtue_premium_child theme in the master site. I want the same look and feel for my sub sites as well. I have installed the virtue premium and the virtue_premium_child in sub sites as well. My subdomain site is *Login to see link .
I am not able to find the functions.php in both the master site and also in the child site. Can you please help ?
