Gallery Post Photo Collage Summary Behaviour

Hi
When creating a post using the Gallery format, I like the way that the photo collage looks for the post summary. However, I have noticed that clicking on the collage launches a lightbox, rather than taking the user to the main post page, which is the behaviour I would expect and prefer. Is there a way to change this?
