Since WP 4.9.6 the default WordPress comment form is supposed to show a comment privacy opt-in checkbox at the bottom of the Leave a Reply form for GDPR compliance, but it’s not showing up in Pinnacle Premium. According to what I’ve read the opt-in should be there unless the theme’s comment form is overriding the native comment form.

Is the comment form in Pinnacle supposed to be showing that opt-in checkbox? If not, would you please enable that feature so we can be closer to compliant?
