GDPR solution for cookies. And other requirements too…

Hello guys, I am trying to solve all the things on my website about gdpr and one of the hardest things for me are control of cookies.
I would love to have some cookie notice with categories checkboxes. Also would love to give visitors some cookies settings page where they can change their choices anytime they want etc…
I have already found many plugins which are trying to solve the problem, I have already tried to code my own using tag manager. Also tried to combine solutions that are claiming facts how perfect they are. But nothing seems to be a full working and customisable solution for me. What would you recommend me? What kind of solutions do you use? I would be blessed if you recommend me solid plugins to solve contact forms, comments etc. Many thanks for any reply. Have a nice day
