Hi,
we are planning to start a new site for a new client and he asked us that he wants a theme with hamburger menu even the site is not viewing in mobile size…. so, is there a way to “force” the hamburger menu in your theme? just to create a site like this: *Login to see link
where you can see on the up right the three lines menu… i found this plugin *Login to see link or this one *Login to see link do you think we can do it without a plugin or what?
