Hello.

I have a problem with setting a gif file as featured image on my portfolio homepage. If I put a gif as a featured image for a portfolio post, the animation is not working on the homepage. Except, if the gif is 266px square, then the animation works – but the image quality is too low to look good on retina screens. I am using a three-column masonry portfolio gallery.

Please, could you say how can I have proper resolution gif images as featured images on portfolio page?
