Google+ displays incorrect post title

Hi,
This problem has been happening for the last few months. When sharing a post to Google+, the correct image shows, however, the post title is incorrect – it is taking the title from a different post. I have attached an image from Structured Data Testing. All other social media apps share the post correctly. Any ideas what may be causing this issue? I am using Yoast and the “Redirect” plugins. I have disabled the Redirect plugin.
