I use “Gravity Forms” and “WooCommerce – Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons” to collect additional/conditional information when users make purchases. This works beautifully within the Ascend theme except on Internet Explorer. The product and options drop downs are narrowed to just a few pixels when displayed on Internet Explorer and are completely unusable. I’ve asked Gravity Forms and they are unable to recreate the problem on the standard theme.

This is happening on ALL my product pages when using IE but here is one example:

  • The forum ‘Ascend Theme’ is closed to new topics and replies.
