Header hierarchy in related content plugin

Hi,
I am using the related content plugin in ascend premium theme. For SEO test I am using ryte.
Ryte would prefer to see a clear header hierarchy from level to level, without any levels missing e.g. h2 h3 h4 and not h2 h3 h5.
While your section header is h3 the header for the individual post is h5
<h5 class=”entry-title”> post header</h5>
Can I somehow change this to h4 to establish a clear hierachy with the related post content?
