header menu background colour lost on last update

i am using the sticky shrink menu option – the background was persistent and same as on homepage load (yellow) until i just updated to Version: 4.8.9 just now and now on scrolling the main header menu becomes transparent on scrolling which looks messy.
i’ve checked that the colours were retained on the update in the theme settings and they were. please can you tell me where/what i need to amend so i can get back to how it was with header menu being yellow all the time. safariblue.net
