Header Menu – Parent buttons open dropdown

Hi,
On my website, I have a burger menu in desktop version. So when I click on it it opens my menu on the right. My menu is aligned vertically. My problem is that I have non-clickable parent buttons but I want it to open the dropdown menu. If I look at the menu in mobile, the functionality I want works.
Is there a way to do this on desktop?
