Help me to create sub-menu category

Hello,
My website: plunato.com
My home page have four icons which are upcoming products, men, women and kids. For each icon I want to create a sub-menu category. Example for men, when we click on men icon a page will open presently the page is empty.
The page should have categories like T-shirt, hoddies, Shirts. And for each category need to be sub- categorize by.
Am not a programmer. I can do it only through CMS. Plz guide me or providing me any article to do so. Thanks
Plz check the footer part this website for reference. I want something like this in my page category.
