When I develop a new blogpost, I am careful to set the “Featured Image”. That image, in turn, shows up on my blog’s homepage, along with a brief description of that particular blogpost.

That all works fine.

My problem is getting the size of the image to be the same for all blog entries. I have been trying for months to figure this out, all to no avail. I know how to change image sizes, but when they transfer to the blog homepage they seem to take on a size of their own, and I want them all to be of consistent length and height.

Here is a link to the page I am talking about:

By pure chance, I was able to get the photos to display in a consistent size for some of my entries, but some I just can’t get sized up properly and it makes my page appear very amateurish and unprofessional.

An example of what I consider “properly sized” images include the posts for “Low Vision and Older Drivers” and “The Role of Exercise in Older Driver Safety”.

Examples of one’s that I cannot get sized properly include “Identity Theft and Older Drivers” and “Education Programs to Help Social Workers in Texas”.

Again, I know how to re-size images before setting them as Featured Images, but they just don’t seem to transfer to my blog homepage accordingly. I would be most grateful for any suggestions!

Matt
