Hide mini-cart quantity when zero (empty)

Hi,
I recently added the Mini Cart to my nav/primary menu, and I was looking for a way to hide the ‘0’ and circle next to the shopping cart icon when the cart is empty. I think having the notice there once someone has begun shopping is great, but that it’s unnecessary and perhaps distracting to have it on right from the start, when the cart is empty.
This isn’t hugely important, but if it’s an easy fix it would be nice to have. I can just hide the number/circle completely otherwise.
