Hide Or Remove Only A Page Name Or Title Text In Header

Hi:
How do I remove or hide the page name from showing on a single page header? I’ve tried setting “Hide Page Title” to hide, but that removes everything including the background image. We have so many options within the theme seems like this should be simple to do but I can not find the answer.
