Hide Specific Page Builder Row in Mobile

Hi, I’d like to hide the first row on my homepage and replace it with a styled mobile slider. I see that it’s been covered in support before, but it looks like you create specific CSS for everyone. Here’s the page: *Login to see link
Also want to clarify where I put the CSS: Edit row > Attributes > Mobile CSS styles? Thanks so much!
