hide topbar on homepage only

Hi, I’m using Virtue Premium.
Since my RevSlider is already used for one site, and I have bought LayerSlider, so I’m using it for a project.
For that, I encountered two issues:

1) how can I hide topbar on home page only.
I used Hannah’s work-around to upload an image as topbar background, it works great as a site-wide ID.
but how can I hide it on homepage?
The following code works for common pages but doesn’t work for homepage:
.page-id-X .topclass {
display: none !important;
}

2) On homepage, is it possible to move secondary nav from top of the slider to under the slider?
