Home loads extremly slow

Hei, our website is extremly slow, we would like to reduce some stuff that your theme is loading. Could you help?
1. How to delete the icon font, we are just using 7 but it is loading over 500.
2. How can we avoid a slider if we just have one big image in the header to load?
3. Something on our home side always want to load *Login to see link & *Login to see link for no reason.
