Home slider image not responsive

Hi,
I’ve been dealing with some issues lately with the theme. One of them is the home image slider.
I don’t know what causes it, but the home sliders seems to have a life on its own 🙂 If I check my website from my personal browser (even after caching), it all looks good (see photo 1 in attachment) but when I look at my website using an incognito browser or the browser of someone else’s laptop, it shows the mobile home slider (see photo 2 in attachment).
What is causing this and most importantly, how can I fix this?
