How can i remove the title on a page but still have the background visible

Hello,
1. In ascend I can remove the title on specific pages but when i do that it also removes the background picture. Is there a possibility to show the background but no title?
On every page I need a different picture in the header.
2. I also noticed that when I open the pages on a smartphone the picture in the header squeezes together or cuts of a piece of the picture. Is it possible to let ascend scale the pictures in the good proportions?
