How to add a Subscriber form Embedded as Item in Home Page Layout

Hey Kadence,
I upgraded to Ascend from Virtue so that I can have a new look and wanted to add a subscriber form to the home page.
Is it possible to embed a subscriber form in the homepage? Ideally I would like to be able to select it as an item in the Home Page Layout list (Latest Posts, Product Carousel, Image Menu, etc.)?
The reason I wish to avoid a popup is because of recent news that a popup will negatively affect SEO rankings.
