How to change font color and background colors under mouse of top menu?

Dear sirs!
I can’t find where can I change font colour and background colours under the mouse of the top menu? It’s easy to understand what I mean to see my screenshot or just see it on my site (*Login to see link I need a top that top menu will be the same colour (under mouse) and without any background rectangle(under mouse) as main menu!
