How to change icons titles in header?

Hello, everyone.
Is there a way to change the Title in those icons in the header?
I want to change it because my website is not in English, so when I hover I would like it to show in my language.
I already explored the Theme Editor and searched on Google, but I have found no success.
Can anyone help me?
