How to change placeholders in woocommerce cart page?

Hello friends,
I´m creating an online shop, an in the cart page, *Login to see link i want to change the placeholder of the “city/location” field in the shipping calculator. Would you guide me on how to do this? I am not sure this has to do with the theme I have installed (Ascend), but i would aprecciatte your help anyway.
