How to connect a form to my (SendFox) email list?

I have a form on my website and it just has a “Subscribe” to email button.
In the block settings I see that there are integrations if I would buy the Kadence Blocks Pro.
However, SendFox the service I am using is not there.
The question becomes how can I connect the form to my email service provider SendFox?
I haven’t found any clear answers on the forum.
I have installed SendFox WordPress plugin and connected it with an API.
However I don’t see a way to now connect the form in Kadence.
Any suggestions?
